I am full of life and passionate about experiencing it fully. Called to leadership from a young age, I hosted my first outreach event at just 15. Since then, I’ve touched lives across the Caribbean, the United States, and beyond.

A certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, Katherine has delivered more than 200 speaking and training engagements, equipping audiences with tools to elevate performance, strengthen communication, and lead with confidence. In 2012, she founded KBII Communication, a brand focused on transformative change through motivational speaking, personal and professional development, and strategic communication.
Grounded in her Christian faith and commitment to family, Katherine leads with authenticity, passion, and purpose. In addition to her professional work, she serves as a dedicated youth leader, inspiring the next generation to embrace their potential.
