Katherine Beneby II is a Communications Specialist, speaker, and leadership professional dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow, lead, and communicate with purpose. She has built a reputation for excellence, using her voice and expertise to create meaningful impact across communities and beyond.

A certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, Katherine has delivered more than 200 speaking and training engagements, equipping audiences with tools to elevate performance, strengthen communication, and lead with confidence. In 2012, she founded KBII Communication, a brand focused on transformative change through motivational speaking, personal and professional development, and strategic communication.

Grounded in her Christian faith and commitment to family, Katherine leads with authenticity, passion, and purpose. In addition to her professional work, she serves as a dedicated youth leader, inspiring the next generation to embrace their potential.
